Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Langcrafto mobile application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by the makers of Langcrafto ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Langcrafto generates language-learning sentence sets and provides practice and quiz tools. We may change, add, or remove features at any time. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

2. Accounts

An account is only required to save your sets. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are managed in your app-store account. Refunds are handled by the relevant app store according to its policies.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it; no automated scraping or resale of generated content at scale; no use that violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. AI-Generated Content

Sentences are produced by an AI model and may occasionally contain errors or awkward phrasing. Langcrafto is a learning aid, not an authoritative reference. Verify anything important against a trusted grammar resource.

6. Intellectual Property

The Langcrafto name, design, and software are ours. Sets you create for your own study are yours to use. We do not claim ownership of the learning parameters you choose.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
