Terms of Service

1. The Service

Langcrafto generates language-learning sentence sets and provides practice and quiz tools. We may change, add, or remove features at any time. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

2. Accounts

An account is only required to save your sets. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Service, including any purchases.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription or a one-time purchase. Purchases are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the price shown at purchase, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your app-store account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Packs of sets are one-time purchases that add set credits to your account. They do not renew.

Refunds are handled by the relevant app store according to its policies.

4. Teacher Content

If you link your account to a teacher using a teacher code, the app shows you sets that teacher has published. Teachers are responsible for the content they add and must keep it appropriate for their students. You can unlink a teacher at any time from the Account tab. To report inappropriate content, use the report option in the app or write to info@langcrafto.com. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it; no automated scraping or resale of generated content at scale; no use that violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. AI-Generated Content

Sentences are produced by an AI model and may occasionally contain errors or awkward phrasing. Langcrafto is a learning aid, not an authoritative reference. Verify anything important against a trusted grammar resource.

7. Intellectual Property

The Langcrafto name, design, and software are ours. Sets you create for your own study are yours to use. We do not claim ownership of the learning parameters you choose.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
